Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing & Shipping.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2~3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing time: Order Verification, Quality Check, and Packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 2-3 working days after the order is placed.

Shipping time: Is usually 3-7 business days if within the US. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the shipping address. (Shipping time does not include the 2 to 3 day processing.) Please allow up to two weeks additional time for any pre-order items.
